Some things in life make you feel like you’re starting over again and again. Fitness is a great example of that but it can be other things too, like money management, or relationships. But you’re not starting over because each lapse is a lesson. What did you learn? Apply it now and continue growing. Life isn’t meant to be lived in a straight line. These extra 6 lbs I gained may look okay but they don’t feel good in the gym. Time to work! 💪🏽 😥 🏋️‍♀️

We tell ourselves stories. Something like 98% of those stories are made up of the words spoken by others. The other 2% come from the still small voice that is authentically “me”. No one is in our head with us, seeing the world through our own experience. And yet we listen to them as if they are more credible because they have something we admire. And others listen to us for the same reason. It’s called influence. And many times we don’t realize we are influencing so many..unintentionally..because what we see when we look in the mirror isn’t what we think it should be. We dilute the potency of our own impact because of a lack of intentionality in our areas of greatest influence. There is a magic about Fridays! Somehow the world feels more fun and the pressure of performance eases up a little. I find people are more kind, more open, and more in touch with themselves. Why? Who cares! But it is Friday. So I’m in this space and I think you may be too. So my sentiment to anyone who reads this long post is - challenge your inner 2% to shine brighter. Meditate on these two questions 1) What would my life look like if I were sufficiently resources and completely focused? 2) What is keeping me from doing that. If you want to share in a comment I’ll join my 2% to yours to believe that thing will manifest. Happy Friyay!
