PRN LPN/RN Opportunity: Ideal for Burned-Out Home Health Nurses, Nurses seeking addition income, or just wanting to do something different
Over OASIS, productivity pressure, and rigid schedules? Tiered of feeling rushed and not able to give the time your patient needs, due to company pressure? This PRN 1099 role is perfect for an experienced LPN or RN who wants flexibility, autonomy, and truly manageable visits.
Why this is different:
• $40/visit weekdays | $50/visit weekends. Most visits are less than an hour. If a visit exceeds an hour, pay will be prorated in 15 min increments.
• Set your own schedule with clients & families
• Simple charting; no OASIS, no SOC quotas. NO spending your off time charting!!!
• Paid orientation/shadow visits
• Calm, predictable clients with strong family support
Growth opportunity:
This role helps free me up to focus on marketing and business growth, which means increased client volume over time. As the practice grows, visits can be offset to you. Also, if you personally refer a client who signs on, you can remain their primary nurse, potentially developing your own full caseload.
Client mix:
~Assessments & medication management
~case management; attending Dr appointments, communicating with providers, coordinating care, etc.
~Two PEG tube clients in independent living; one once a day bolus feeding. The other twice a day bolus feeding + medications. These are the only weekend visits currently.
~Johnson County location
