Self-care comes in many forms.
It’s not selfish. It’s not narcissistic.
It’s self-love.

You can’t show up fully for others if you haven’t cared for yourself first.

🏋️‍♀️My self-care is feeling strong, moving my body, lifting heavy, and reminding myself what I’m capable of.

For you, it might look completely different. Reading a book. Taking a walk. Setting boundaries around things that drain your energy and soul. Asking for support.

👩‍⚕️Nurse coaching is self-care. It could look like:

• Creating a realistic self-care routine that actually fits your life
• Building confidence to set boundaries without guilt
• Finding ways to fuel your body with better nutrition and movement
• Reducing stress and overwhelm by simplifying what matters most
• Having a safe space to reflect, reset, and stay accountable

✨ What could you use a nurse coach for?

🤗 Do you have areas in your life where you’d love more support but haven’t found it anywhere else?

🎯 Do you have goals you want to achieve but need more clarity or accountability to get there?

I have a few limited pro bono spots open. If you’re curious about what nurse coaching could look like for you, message me, we’ll see if it’s a fit for your journey.

Sometimes it feels like we have to move the whole mountain all at once…but the truth is, small steps add up. Even trying is enough.

That’s where coaching comes in; I’m here to walk with you, ask the hard questions, and remind you that you don’t have to do it all today.

If you’re ready to take even one small step, I’d love to take it with you. 💜
I have a few pro bono coaching spots open right now—DM me if you’d like the details.

What would you do if you weren’t afraid?

Take all of your worries out of it for a moment.
What would you do if you weren’t in your own way?

That thing that just popped into your head?
Let’s talk about it.

I’m offering a few pro bono coaching sessions to anyone ready to explore change—big or small—and start moving forward with clarity and confidence.

If that’s you, DM me. Let’s make shift happen.

🤝Agreements > Expectations 🤐

I listened to a Steve Chandler talk recently that really stuck with me—he shared the difference between expectations and agreements.

Expectations are unspoken, stress-inducing, and often lead to disappointment or resentment. There’s no creativity in them—just pressure. Either someone lets you down, or meets the expectation and it’s just… nothing special.

But agreements? They’re creative and courageous. Two people come together, communicate, and co-create something that actually works for both sides. There’s clarity, empowerment, and ownership.

This hit home for me recently when someone said, “As your job title says, I expect you to take the lead on this project.” That one sentence gave me an instant knot in my stomach. It triggered old feelings—like being scolded as a kid—and stirred up resentment. It reminded me just how heavy expectations can feel.

And that’s why I love nurse coaching. It’s built on agreements, not expectations. My clients take the lead on what matters most to them, and we work together to create real change.

So if something feels off, try asking: What agreement could I create instead? Let go of the silent expectations and build something better—with others, and with yourself. 💜

Reflecting on a beautiful weekend with friends…

During one of our conversations, I asked two simple questions:
1. What are you grateful for?
2. What are you proud of?

The answers were meaningful—but mostly surface level. So I gently asked them to go deeper:
What is it about that thing that makes you feel grateful?
What does that accomplishment really represent for you?

That’s where the real insight happens.

As a nurse coach, I hold space for conversations like this every day. Coaching is a client-led partnership designed to help you dig deeper, gain clarity, and reconnect with what matters most.

✨ I currently have a few pro bono spots available for individuals who are ready to explore change and growth. If that’s you—or someone you know—I’d love to connect.

Self-care isn’t selfish. It’s essential.
It’s a chance to reset, reflect, and refocus.

One of my favorite self-care rituals? Massage therapy.
It grounds me, restores my energy, and reminds me to tune in—not just check out.

What’s one thing you do for self-care?

Thank you, Bodywork by Jen ❤️

How can we pour into others if our own cup is empty?

Women are pulled in so many directions—mother, spouse, career, extracurriculars, laundry, dishes, dinner… the list never ends. But when do you make time for yourself?

As a nurse coach, I work with women who feel overwhelmed and stretched thin—to help them reconnect with themselves and prioritize their well-being.

Self-care and mindset are essential. We can’t be all things to everyone if we don’t take care of ourselves first.

I hear clients say, “I don’t have time.”
So I ask—what’s getting in the way? Where do YOU fit into your own life?

To be the super mom, woman, and boss you are, you need to make time for you.

Walk. Pedicure. Massage. Quiet reading time.
Whatever fills your cup—you get to choose.

✨ I’m currently offering a few pro bono nurse coaching spots for women who are ready to start putting themselves first. Message me if you’re interested! ✨
