Self-care comes in many forms.
It’s not selfish. It’s not narcissistic.
It’s self-love.
You can’t show up fully for others if you haven’t cared for yourself first.
🏋️♀️My self-care is feeling strong, moving my body, lifting heavy, and reminding myself what I’m capable of.
For you, it might look completely different. Reading a book. Taking a walk. Setting boundaries around things that drain your energy and soul. Asking for support.
