Well, mine needs a refill, so I'm walking the talk and doing what I need to do to refill.

Both of my physical locations have closed.

Going forward, I am only offering bioenergetic tests done with hair and saliva.

There is a post that comes up once a year in my memories that serves as my personal reminder as to why it is so important for me to stay the course; to keep doing big bold things even when I'm scared.

In the photo I'm at the point in my life when I received the most external validation from others. I was thin, fit, and had a job that required me to be bubbly, positive, and outgoing.

Inside I was the unhealthiest I've ever been. My eating was extremely disordered, my mental health was the equivalent of a roller coaster ride, and I was lying to everyone about how amazing my life was.

In reality, I was a walking disaster, but too afraid to do anything about it...until the only other choice was losing everything and everyone that I loved.

You aren’t “doing the research”.

You’re simply searching for information that supports what you already believe.

When you allow yourself to explore information that challenges your current beliefs , that’s when you really see personal growth.

Science isn’t finite - as the collective “we” learn through constant research and challenging what we already believe to be true, we sometimes learn that we didn’t have all the information. Like eggs - are they good for us? Bad for us? It has changed so many times in my lifetime!

Scientists weren’t wrong, per se, but did the best they could with the data they had.

Apply this to your bloating, your fatigue, your unexplained pain, your brain fog, etc. You do whatever you can to manage the symptoms and get through the day, and you’ve learned what kinda-sorta works through trial and error.

A young woman I love dearly is on a health journey to learn why she is experiencing the symptoms she is. The patterns that are noticeable are during hormonal shifts, so while at the doctor the other day she asked for a referral to an endocrinologist (hormone doctor).

His response?

Why? You're not pregnant anymore.
