This was me before Alphay. Call me an herb popper, call me a health nut, call me a MLM crazy person, you can all me whatever you like, but my new normal is full on fabulous.

You don't have to believe me, ask my family: no more yelling, no more snapping, no more sick weeks, no more PMS take over, no more mental chaos. We have our moments, 2 days ago (Inauguration day ;) ) I was in tears looking at my toddler and thinking, "am I doing right by him in this nutty world?" And so I cried, that's what I needed, a good cry to remind me that I am doing right. Following my heart is the best thing I can do for myself, my family, and the world. The tears are part of the perfection.

This morning I had a moment when I thought, "If I die now, I will die happy- truly 100% in every cell of my body HAPPY." Call me what you like, but I give credit to Alphay.
