🚨 🚨 ANNOUNCEMENT

I haven’t increased my 75, 90, 120 minutes in 6 years and kept my prices the same. As I continue to listen to spirit and grow my practice some changes & growth need to happen.

💜The reason why I decided to end my 60 minute offer is, because I feel more deeper work is needed going forward. More and more people need more time on the table to unwind their nervous system, work on their knots, or focus areas.

💜 Continue Education Classes are calling my name as I educate myself and grow into the best version of myself.

💜 Also- All my current clients who still get 60 minutes… it’s slowly going to fade those sessions out and of course I will be in communication with you.

💜 I will still offer discounted prices for anyone that is struggling financially & who can greatly benefit from my services.

Thank you 🙏 so Much for continuing supporting my work & helping me grow into the women I am today!! All this wouldn’t be possible without all of you!!

2 Drops of Peppermint 🌿essential oil

2 drops of Clove 🌿Essential oil

4 drops of Basil 🌿 Essential oil

5 drops of Rosemary 🌿Essential oil

2 cups of water 💦

Shake well and spray on the leaves of the plant. 🪴

Awe, a Day OFF gonna be enjoying my family time!! My husband & Son got me beautiful pink roses.

My husband is making meatloaf my request ( it’s ground turkey so good!! ) for Mothers Day Dinner with my in laws.

I’m spending this beautiful kinda chilly day outside in my garden. 🪴 I’m planting!!!
