Tuesdays: 2:30pm – close (~7:30pm)
Wednesdays: 2:30pm - close (~7:30pm)

We are looking for someone who is competent (especially with computers as we are a paperless office), friendly, and will fit in well with our holistic-based office. The ideal candidate can learn quickly and pays close attention to detail. Must be available for all shifts listed above. Office experience preferred.

Main responsibilities include answering phones, checking patients in/out, collecting payments, scheduling, gathering information for new patients, verifying insurance, deciphering ledgers, answering emails, projects, etc.
