Dr. Cook’s legacy continues…

In the wake of the passing of my husband and our beloved founder, Dr. William Cook, our clinic faced an incredibly difficult and emotional time. During this period of transition and grief, we were blessed to have the support of Doc’s dear friend, Dr. Jeff Rauch who stepped in to care for our patients and help maintain the high standard of service our community has come to trust.

Dr. Jeff’s compassion, professionalism, and dedication brought comfort and continuity to me, our staff, and the many patients who relied on our care. His willingness to support us in such a meaningful way will never be forgotten.

From all of us at Cook Chiropractic Clinic, and on behalf of the patients he so graciously served, a heartfelt thank you goes out to Jeff for being a steady and healing presence during our most heartbreaking and challenging time.

With that being said, it is with both sadness and sincere gratitude that we announce a transition into the next chapter of Cook Chiropractic Clinic’s journey. Dr. Cook built this practice with compassion, dedication, and genuine love for helping others heal and thrive. His legacy is one that touched countless lives, and we are committed to honoring that legacy in every way possible.

Moving forward the practice will be under the ownership of Dr. Tony Purdy, of Purdy Chiropractic. He is a second generation chiropractor from a family of chiropractors. Our families have been close friends for decades. He shares Dr. Cook’s vision and values. Beginning Monday, September 8th, chiropractic care at the office will be provided by Dr. Adam Willemin, also a second generation chiropractor whose dad, Dr. Doug Willemin was a classmate and friend of Dr. Cook while at Life Chiropractic College. Dr. Tony and Dr. Adam bring a wealth of experience and heartfelt commitment to continue the high standard of care that our patients expect.

While this transition comes at a difficult time, please know that our mission remains unchanged to provide gentle, effective chiropractic care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We thank you for your continued trust and support as we move forward together.

We are humbled to share that Cook Chiropractic Clinic will resume appointments this Monday. In the wake of the unexpected passing of our beloved Dr. Cook, we have felt the deep sorrow shared by so many of you- our patients, friends, and extended community. Doc built this practice on compassion, trust, and an unwavering commitment to healing and we are honored to carry that legacy forward.

Beginning Monday, July 14th, care will be provided by Dr. Jeff Rauch, a very dear friend of Dr. Cook, he holds the values and standard of care you've come to expect. We are here to continue the loving mission Dr. Cook began- with the same heart, care, and hope.

It is with an incredibly broken heart that I share with you that Dr. Cook has passed away. During this difficult time, we extend our condolences to all of our patients who have been affected by this loss. As a result of this tragedy we will not be scheduling any upcoming appointments at this time. If you had an appointment scheduled it has been canceled. We understand this news may raise questions about future care and we will be in touch soon with further information.
