“You can’t build a body you love by eating the foods that built the body you hate.”

Quick tips to start eating better:
1. Find one thing in your daily nutrition that you can improve, and decrease it by 50%. After that has become a habit, find another thing that you can improve, and improve that by 50%. Do that over and over and over again for a very long time.

2. Don’t drink your calories!
The average person gets 300–400 kcal/day from beverages, which accounts for ~18–20% of their daily calories. Higher if drinking alcohol. Focusing on reducing these liquid calories—by switching to water or zero‑calorie alternatives—can significantly impact overall calorie intake.
