Starting on 1/6, I will be teaching Arora Gentle Yoga every Tuesday at 12:00pm at Life Time Shelby Township.

What to expect:
This class incorporates breath work, mindful movement, yoga poses, guided relaxation, and meditation to improve flexibility, mobility, and muscular endurance. A soothing supportive practice designed to calm your mind, release tension, and nourish your body.
