At 44 years old, Sean Troklus experienced a stroke. During his monthlong stay at UofL Health facilities, his family found reassurance in the consistency of his care and the way his medical team communicated each step of the process.

Now, just over a year later, Sean continues to make progress in his recovery through outpatient therapy at UofL Health – Frazier Rehabilitation Institute.
