There is one simple trend I see with people who did not find success. They invest in HBOT and expect it to cure their condition without doing the homework on the side. Healing does not work this way.

HBOT is not meant to cure anything. It is an extension of other work you do and it helps push your body to more healing. However, you cannot expect to live a toxic lifestyle and not address diet and pay for 40 dives and have it heal you permanently.

However, when you combine it with other therapies, diet, and an extension of other work, you do then it can boost your body and healing capabilities and ways you did not think we’re possible.

Almost all of the studies for neurological conditions that showed improvement off also show that the patients directly afterwards engaged in other therapies including physical therapy to get gains.

You cannot just throw some oxygen into your body and expect it to be the missing missing piece of the puzzle. While it may be a missing piece to the puzzle, there are always other puzzle pieces to address when it comes to healing.

💁🏼‍♀️ "HBOT isn't a magic bullet, but a powerful tool to supercharge your body's natural healing processes."

💁🏼‍♀️"Hyperbaric oxygen therapy enhances recovery, amplifying your body's innate ability to heal and rejuvenate."

💁🏼‍♀️"While not a cure-all, HBOT has been shown to augment traditional treatments, promoting optimal healing and wellness."

💁🏼‍♀️"HBOT supports holistic healing by increasing oxygenation, reducing inflammation, and fostering an environment conducive to recovery."

💁🏼‍♀️ "By harnessing the power of pure oxygen, HBOT can be a valuable adjunct therapy, enhancing your body's natural healing mechanisms."

Think of the plant analogy. You cannot only give plant oxygen and expect it to thrive. You need to address, water, nutrition, deficiencies, sunlight, etc.. written by Christie Wygant

Reheated Rice & Potatoes Might Be Healthier Than Fresh 😳

Most people think fresh food is always better.

But when it comes to certain starchy foods, reheating them the next day may actually improve your gut health and blood sugar response.

The reason? A powerful compound called resistant starch.

Lyme and mainstream medicine: an all to common and familiar experience for so many in the Lyme Community

This will explain why a large number of people with Lyme have given up on ER’s, Hospitals, Universities, and the system in general

Patient ( a friend) goes to ER with swollen glands, fever, high heart rate , and more…

Patient does not mention being treated for Lyme because if they do it starts things off badly ..”we do not have Lyme Disease in this area” , “who diagnosed you with Lyme” , etc.. the denial has just started and will lead to faulting your treatment for causing symptoms

So, since patient did not mention it and heart rate is high ( tachycardia) they run tests to figure out what’s causing these symptoms ( all of which are common Lyme symptoms)… they really do not find anything so maybe he asks could this be Lyme I had a tick on me last week. They run a tick panel and boom 💥 comes back positive. They treat patient with IV antibiotic.

During the treatment heart rate decrease and they are do a scan to rule out things that could be causing lymph glands to be swollen … do not find a cause ( at least a cause they were looking for) . Let me reiterate that swollen lymph glands are a common symptom in Lyme disease 🦠

So, they start to back peddle now and say they don’t believe his positive test is correct… ( a false positive is the complete opposite of the tests flaw which is that it yields a high percentage of false negatives.

They say they have done all they can and refer him to an Infectious Disease Doctor. The infectious disease society of America have a long history of denial of Lyme Disease…

He goes home with all the symptoms he went with and is bedridden fearing death is a real possibility at this point … sick, worried, and feeling a little helpless and alone.

A week or two later recives a call from primary who lets him knoe the infectious diseases Doctor will not be seing him. You would think he would see him just to rule out other infections if he does not believe its lyme. The problem is he does know its lyme but alao knows he cant treat him without going against guidelines which will red flag 🚩 him… he wants know oart of this case now.

Patient left to deal with this on his own despite testing positive on the test recognized by the cdc.

This is a story you hear time after time in Lyme Groups and the reason so many who fight Lyme disease become fierce advocates
