Pain is more than a physical sensation—it’s an experience shaped by both the body and the mind.

In our upcoming Bodywork Workshop, facilitator Allie Wilson and the Much Kneaded Bodywork staff will explore how massage and touch can calm the nervous system, support emotional regulation, and strengthen mental resilience.

By re framing pain as both a physical and psychological experience, we can open new doors for healing and self-understanding.
