PHIIT WERx offers a unique and complete workout program, combining strength, indoor cycling and yoga into a high intensity interval session. It combines all pillars of fitness into one class along with the benefits of HIIT programming.
Personalized High Intensity Interval Training adds an individualized element of fitness training that allows people of all fitness levels to train and progress together as a community.
We designed our physical space to accommodate a class of 12 people moving through various functional training stations. We were so excited to share our unique programming while developing our fitness community here, in person!
