There are seasons in life where you build.
And there are seasons where you’re asked to carry.
Over the past several months, I’ve been in direct conversation with Pastor Ntuyo Livingstone, Executive Director of Buwenge Shared Hope Ministry in Uganda.
He serves on the ground — daily — supporting children and families facing hunger, lack of shelter, limited medical access, and educational hardship.
Recently, he shared a video of his daughter singing.
Her voice carries something raw and real — the lived experience of children who go to sleep without food, without medicine, without certainty… and yet still carry hope.
After many conversations and prayerful consideration, I agreed to serve in a steward capacity on the U.S. side.
That means I am not the ministry.
I am not receiving funds.
I am not the beneficiary.
I am helping ensure structure, communication clarity, and responsible visibility as we build alignment across borders.
I’m proud to stand in that role.
If this moves you, watch the video. If you feel led to support, all direct questions and donations go directly to Pastor Livingstone. I’ll place his contact information and the video link in the comments.
Sometimes leadership isn’t about being in front.
It’s about standing beside.
