Reinventing Ourselves, a 501c3 Nonprofit Organization, exists to promote health, happiness, and hope through holistic health and wellness education—empowering individuals, especially veterans and other vulnerable populations, to overcome life’s challenges. By offering, comprehensive programs grounded in the eight dimensions of the wellness wheel—physical, nutritional, emotional, environmental, rel

ational, financial, contributional, and spiritual—we equip people with the tools they need to thrive. While all services are free for combat Veterans, and a few other select vulnerable populations, the public can access the same transformative resources for a modest donation, ensuring our support remains inclusive and accessible to all. Our ultimate goal is to prevent suicide by fostering proactive well-being and by building a stronger, more resilient community.

Did you get your new book? Mine just arrived!! 🥳🥳🥳

Reinventing Ourselves and the Arkansas Wellness Network are so excited to be collaborating with UAMS IDHI Brain Injury Program to host our eBook club. We've been at it almost a year and a half now and not only do we grow with each book (we even have a member as far away as Alaska!!) but we have become like family! One of the best support groups I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

If you know someone with a brain injury who would like to join us, it can be new or old, severe or mild, please let them know to join this amazing family we are creating. ❤️ We meet virtually every Thursday at 10:30am CST.

Did you help create this beautiful art piece? Comment below so we know who our artists were. This morning, Reinventing Ourselves, the Arkansas Wellness Network and the West Little Rock Farmers Market collaboratively created art from 100% recycled and repurposed materials for Earth Day!!! We used magazines that would have been thrown away and an old piece of art that was headed to the landfill to create a beautiful new piece of art that will eventually be auctioned off to raise money for wellness efforts in Arkansas!
