You'll be assisting an active easy going 42 year old male with Becker’s Muscular Dystrophy. I am a fulltime power wheelchair user, with limited use of extremities. I am a very active person, who enjoys working, hiking, watching soccer, visiting friends, photography, and tinkering with electronics. Duties include transportation, meal prep, feeding, light housekeeping, and personal care needs. This is a great opportunity to work privately in a warm and inclusive home, while gaining invaluable job skills. Also a great position for part-time or full-time college students.

Competitive pay starts at $18.00 to $19.00 based on experience, shift, and job performance. Full benefits package available even for part time including full medical, vision and dental.

Duties include transportation, meal prep, feeding, light housekeeping, and personal care needs. SHIFTS
Mondays from 7:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesdays from 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Wednesdays from 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Thursdays from 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Fridays from 7:00am – 5:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18+ and have a highschool diploma or equivalent GED
Must be able to pass our pre-hiring screenings, including a reference check and a criminal history background check
Must have valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Must have active listening and communication skills
Due to health issues, he is unable to work with anyone who smokes
Must be able to supply proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
Possess a passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
