Voices from the Field – A Song to Remember
There’s a soft whisper that lives just beneath the noise…
A knowing that doesn’t need to be proven.
A voice that isn’t mine—but moves through me when I get quiet enough to listen.

That’s what Voices from the Field is.
A living project. A remembering. A creative devotion to translating what the Field wants to say to us now—through song, meditation, and the healing power of presence.

One of the first pieces arrived as a song called “Safe to Stay.”
It’s for the parts of us that learned to leave our bodies to feel safe.
And the deeper part that’s ready to come home.

✨ Intention is real. The field responds. ✨

I’ve been feeling called deeper into the work of group healing, amplified energy, and the kind of quiet magic that happens when hearts align.

After joining Lynne McTaggart’s Power of 8 masterclass, I’m even more in awe of what’s possible when we come together — not to fix, but to intend. Not to strive, but to align.

I believe in this work because I’ve lived it. Meditation, Coherence Healing, the neuroscience of change — all of it continues to show me that healing doesn’t just happen in isolation. It’s relational. It’s energetic. It’s amplified when shared.

And I think we’re just getting started.

I’m feeling this one deep in my bones.

So, funny story… I sent out that last email excitedly inviting you to a coffee chat at Fem Haven this Saturday—and then I looked at my calendar and realized… I already have a class scheduled at that exact time. 😅

So, here’s me, humbly sipping my coffee, owning the mix-up, and sending this little update.

won’t be at Fem Haven in person this Saturday, but I still want to connect in a meaningful way.

Instead of an in-person coffee chat, I’m planning to host a casual Zoom coffee date or an IG Live soon. A space where we can chat, connect, and dive into the energy of this Spring Equinox season—without anyone having to leave their house. ☕✨

✨ A Full-Circle Moment, A Cup of Coffee & A Conversation About What’s Next ✨

This space holds a special place in my heart. 💛

Once upon a time, this was my boutique—a place filled with fashion, connection, and so many heartfelt conversations. When I closed my store, I knew something new was calling me… and now, life has led me here.

Today, this beautiful space belongs to Alyson and Fem Haven Boutique, and she has filled it with so much love, style, and community. And now, I get to return—not as a shop owner, but as someone holding space for another kind of transformation.

On Saturday, March 1, from 11 AM – 1 PM, I’ll be at Fem Haven with a warm cup of coffee, open conversation, and a space to talk about life transitions, stepping into the next season, and the power of renewal.
