Happy Father’s Day to all the dad’s out there…especially these 3. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Dad, I’ll never have the words to tell you exactly how grateful I am that I get to be your daughter.
Sure, I have your eyes, (and forehead) your personality and demeanor (and sense of humor) … but I’m the absolute luckiest to have your constant support and unconditional love. You’re the best of the best, dad and I strive to be half the human that you are.

Thank you for being the very best dad and such an amazing, impactful Grampy too.

Justin, the odds were against us but we raised two amazing kids and I love that we get to do it together.
Thank you for showing them the cool & fun ways of the world and for loving them so very fiercely.

I love a good leg day and I love the format of interval training so I played around this morning and put together this little bad boy for myself (and for YOU) 🫶🏼😘

Each weighted move is 10 reps, then a 30 second hiit move, repeat x3 and feel the burnnnn 🔥…. And b***y Gains 🍑

Block 1: Goblet Sumo Squat, Glute Bridge, Sumo Squat Jumps (side note, if you have a little dance party while doing sumo squat jumps, it works a distraction) 😅

Block 2: Squats (I did 2 sets of front loaded, 1 set of suitcase), Calf Raises, Squat Jacks

Block 3: Deadlifts, Split Squat (20 reps total, 10 per side), Lunge Jumps

Legs and b***y muscles are big so LIFT HEAVY!!! Whatever that means to YOU. (By the 8th rep, it should feel hard & heavy) For the hiit, you can take the impact out by just not jumping! Stepping it out will still give you a crazy good burn!

Hot take: I don’t think we should wait until bikini season to “get” healthy.

What if you decide to turn up your fitness mid-summer? Does that make it less incredible? What if abs... aren’t made? I want to normalize all bodies AND all bodies working on being their best self... all year long. 🙌

I don’t want you to feel like you missed the window to be hot + sexy this summer season. I want all my seasons to be full of sustainable, stress-free wellness. And I want that season to last... forever!

It’s not too late or too early to work toward your goal. Especially when you have all the tools and resources to START NOW!
