M,W,F Jiu-jitsu classes will pause this week and next week, beginning again on Aug.19th. Kickboxing will still happen Tuesdays and Thursdays. Kids 5:30-6:30pm, Adults 6:30-8:00pm. Yoga classes Tuesdays and Thursday, chair yoga 3:00-3:45, Yoga 4:00-4:45.

Many young people have aggressions and have the urge to fight. It is ok, and it is natural. However!! If you fight in the street, you will likely get hurt, hurt someone else, and/or get in trouble with the law!

I've always said...If you want to fight, train for it, learn skills, and get prepared. Then step boldly into a MMA cage fight!
You will have a referee to protect you, an ambulance on standby, you won't go to jail, and....you'll have HUNDREDS of people cheering you on!
