✨Did you know different frequencies may affect your brain and body in different ways? 🧠

Sound isn’t just something we hear — it’s something our nervous system responds to.

👇🏻Here are a few frequencies you may have heard about:

✨ 432 Hz
Often called the “natural frequency.” Many people say it feels calming and grounding. It’s commonly used in relaxation music.

💚 528 Hz
Sometimes referred to as the “love frequency.” It’s associated with feelings of restoration and emotional well-being. Some researchers are exploring its potential biological effects.

🌍 7.83 Hz (Schumann Resonance)

It turns out, saunas have life-extension technology.

A massive study followed 2,315 middle-aged men for 20 years.

They compared men who used the sauna once a week vs. those who used it 4-7 times a week.

✨The Shocking Results: The frequent sauna users had:

✅50% lower risk of fatal cardiovascular disease.

✅63% lower risk of sudden cardiac death.

✅40% lower risk of all-cause mortality (dying from anything).

Why?

Heat Shock Proteins.

When your core body temperature rises, your body produces Heat Shock Proteins (HSPs).

These act as "molecular chaperones."

They repair damaged proteins, prevent plaques in the brain (Alzheimer's), and lower systemic inflammation.

It essentially mimics moderate cardio exercise (heart rate up to 120-150 bpm) while you sit still.

⚡ Vital Protocol: The Finnish Standard: You have to get hot enough.

Temp: At least 155°F

Duration: 20-25 minutes per session.

🧠 Brain imaging studies show that meditation actually changes how your brain processes pain.

It reduces activity in pain-related regions like the anterior cingulate cortex and insula while increasing activity in regulatory regions of the prefrontal cortex. 🧠

✨The sensation may still exist — but the suffering decreases.

And it doesn’t stop there.

✅Meditation also lowers inflammation.

Chronic pain is often tied to low-grade systemic inflammation.

Research shows meditation can: • Reduce NF-κB activation (a key inflammatory pathway)

• Lower CRP (C-reactive protein)

• Decrease pro-inflammatory cytokines

Studies from Wake Forest School of Medicine found mindfulness meditation reduced pain intensity by up to ~40% and pain unpleasantness by ~57% in experimental settings.

Research from the University of Wisconsin–Madison also suggests mindfulness practice can reduce inflammatory gene expression.
