Would you cold plunge?
In tonight's Healing Huddle we talked about cold plunges as a tool for getting out of burnout. If done thoughtfully this can be a great tool for regulating your nervous system depending upon which state your nervous system is (hypo- or hyper-aroused) and if you've done it before.
Tonight's group had participants who had already done cold plunging but had gotten out of the habit of doing it so we discussed easy ways to get back into doing it so barriers were not an issue (if things are made too complicated then they won't be started).
