Servicing Louisiana clients 14+. Face to face and teletherapy sessions offered. Insurances accepted: BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, Vantage Health & Christus Health. Self-pay and sliding scale accepted. EAP accepted: LifeWorks. If I do not accept your insurance, you may be able to submit to your insurance out of network for partial reimbursement. I am happy to provide you with a form that you can send in to your insurance for this possible reimbursement. That means you are responsible for the fees at the time of our appointment and, depending on your plan, a certain percentage of that may be paid to you by your insurance company.
