Vulnerable post so be nice! Been dealing with some nagging old injuries and taking it back to basics. Took the month of November off from running, and I've had a bunch of tests done to figure out how to heal from the inside out. Now that we've got a solid plan, I'm ready to hit it hard and finish strong going into 2025. My goal is to build my strength back and get back to consistent running while pain free. Dream big and stay consistent y'all! Will keep doing updates monthly for accountability but also to see the changes myself. πŸ€—πŸ«ΆπŸ’œ

I always talk about what I eat and meal prep on here, but haven't really shown what our toddler eats. But he basically eats what we eat with a little tweaking as he's still dealing with a mild dairy intolerance.
Here I heated up half an uncured beef hot dog, homemade mayo and liver patte on side, fermented pickle, and apple slices with unsweetened sunbutter.
I try not to complicate his meals and just try to make sure they're nutrient dense and still delicious πŸ˜‹

Happy Sunday! Ya'll asked so here is how I make my small batch chicken bone broth. Very easy to make, but is time consuming with cooking time and some canning.

Bone broth not only tastes yummy, but also has a TON of health benefits!
-good source of protein and collagen
-great source of minerals (calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus)
-gut healing
-important amino acids
And so much more! Let me know if you have ever tried bone broth or make your own!

Good evening! Can't believe February is almost over, and my first ever challenge is coming to a close. Great job to everyone who signed up and participated in the 28 day Challenge! You guys crushed it and I can't wait to put together another challenge here soon.

You all have given back great feedback and I have been listening and taking note. In the coming weeks, I will be adding my own demo videos for exercises for my app so you all can feel confident and safe in your workouts as well as give a personal touch.

I will also be uploading a quick how to video to show you guys how to get the most out of the app.
