Vulnerable post so be nice! Been dealing with some nagging old injuries and taking it back to basics. Took the month of November off from running, and I've had a bunch of tests done to figure out how to heal from the inside out. Now that we've got a solid plan, I'm ready to hit it hard and finish strong going into 2025. My goal is to build my strength back and get back to consistent running while pain free. Dream big and stay consistent y'all! Will keep doing updates monthly for accountability but also to see the changes myself. π€π«Άπ
