Tyler Perry's psychological crime drama Straw is a powerful film that highlights what society often ignores. But what is mind consuming is how the predisposition of stress impacts one's mental health. The breakdown of Tarji psychosis often revealed the lack of insight , and how the absence of mental health service is present. Because there is fear, judgement and negative views of how others are perceived "unwarned" stress is triggered . Let this be an educational moment , a time to sit with yourself and bring your stress to light !

Please take care of you . Be a little more kind and attentive to those around you. Its not everyday people will allow you to see the breakdowns , the silent fight for help. My mom often phrase " if you see someone struggling or have a small inclining that one is struggling reach one " . This could be you !
