I’m forgoing any public intuitive psychic mediumship work for clients and ISD right now in order to dedicate myself to healing and being embodied with my soul to ground myself. Let’s just say I need to find who I really am authentically first before moving forward.

This quote from a Catholic Deliverance Prayer is floating in my mind a lot lately.

Yes, I am a missionary clergy member for the Institute for Spiritual Development Oneonta, NY chapter. As a ministerial student I am still planning on doing classes just at a slower pace. Rome wasn’t built in a day and nieghrer do I need to be. Even though I am set on being a minister for ISD, it doesn’t mean I cannot learn from other schools of thought. So I plan on taking up the Morris Pratt Institute’s program on Modern Spiritualism this year while I still can. It’s to further my knowledge and understanding of modern Spiritualism which is part of what I follow as a metaphysical practioner. In fact, I look forward to my trip with my mom to Lily Dale, NY this summer for some R&R and inspiration. They have a wonderful healing temple there.

This New Years Eve was spent at home in the company of James and our fur kids, Izzy, Oliver (the second) and Lily. We spent most of the evening watching Game of Thrones.

I also spent a good portion of the evening journaling. I made plans and setting goals for 2026 in my Commit30 planner. It even has a vision board section which excites me because I love vision boards.

About my journaling, it’s not about the mundane day to day events. Though I pretty much have a journal for everything. This evening I journaled some divination and prayers I do daily. What I try to do every day is…

I pray the Lords Prayer, focus on an issue, ask for guidance as I shuffle this Doreen Virtue deck then I journal about it in a special prayer journal.

I also do the same thing with Runes. I invite Odin in, focus on an issue, ask for guidance as I shuffle my Rune Oracle card deck, then I journal about it.

Honestly the answers I get from both tend to be the same most of the time. Just different ways of saying things from different sources.

I also work with my shadow side and journal about it so I can intergate it into the Light.

This is what I do everyday, just this evening is different with different intentions for not just the day to day. The focus was on the whole year of leaving 2025 behind and embracing 2026.
