Hi there! Thought I’d take this opportunity to introduce myself.

My name is Jamie Lamphier. I am a newly returned native of Sidney, Montana. I was born here but my family moved to Colorado when I was young. My family and I have just moved back to the area after almost 40 years.

I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in March 2017. I have been a licensed massage therapist since June 2017 and have owned/operated Wild Prairie Massage Therapy since 2019. I provide customized massage that is both therapeutic and relaxing, tailored to each client’s specific needs/preferences. I incorporate elements of several different modalities into each massage, such as Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, etc., to achieve the best results. While targeted therapeutic work is extremely beneficial, I believe relaxation is a crucial element in helping your body achieve its own return to natural balance and healing.

My personal hobbies include owning a milk cow, knitting, crocheting, spending way too much time scrolling on Facebook and shopping online for yarn. Ask me about my little Dexter milk cow, Tatu (pronounced Taw-Too), or my latest needlework project, and you may never get me to shut up again. My family farms and raises beef cattle so my life tends to revolve around the daily feeding and care of our herd of cows.

‼️ After closing shop in Fowler, CO this past summer due to the move north to Montana, I am happy to announce that Wild Prairie Massage Therapy will be opening its doors in Sidney, MT in January 2025‼️ 🎉🥳

I am now booking appointments starting January 2nd. Gift certificates are available if anyone is looking for a nice last minute Christmas gift 🎁 for their loved one (or for themselves 😉).

Wild Prairie Massage Therapy is open by appointment only, Tuesday thru Saturday. Call or text me, Jamie, at 719-649-9915 to book your appointment! I will try to respond within 24 hours. If you have not received a response from me in that time, please try contacting me again as my new house does not always have cell service.

Good morning and happy Monday!
Since I know everyone has had questions about my moving news, here’s an update!

I will be closing Wild Prairie Massage Therapy in Fowler, Colorado on June 15. So book your appointments soon! Especially if you have gift certificates! Make sure to use them up before I leave for Montana forever. If you had an unused gift certificate but lost it, just shoot me a message. I keep records and I can probably find it for ya pretty easily.

I will also be changing my available hours a wee bit. Still closed on Sunday and Tuesday. But the other 5 days of the week I shall have availability for appointments starting at 10 am until 3 pm. And limited evening hours on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday, starting at 6:30 pm.

As most of my clients are aware, I have a milk cow. The change in hours is to accommodate her new milking schedule, since I will be weaning her 6 month old calf soon and I will need to milk her twice a day instead of our current schedule only in the mornings.

Thanks for your understanding and patience as I plan for a move, and I hope to see you for a massage soon!

And because my moving bombshell wasn’t quite enough to drop on all my lovely clients….
I’m also going on vacation!!

Wild Prairie will be closed March 1-12.
I do still have some availability in February, mostly on Mondays and Wednesdays. Contact me soon to book for my remaining February appointments.

Big changes in my life means big changes in my business! It is official: I am moving to Montana sometime in 2024.
I can’t say when exactly (not cause it’s a secret, I just don’t have a firm timeline yet). But if you need a massage from yours truly before I move a 15-hour drive away to the cold north, or if you still have a gift certificate you haven’t used, make sure to book as soon as possible!

As soon as I know my move date for sure, I will let everyone know when Wild Prairie Massage Therapy will be officially closing its doors in Fowler, CO.

Best guess is that I will be moving by June. But I really have no idea. Could be April, could be September. My life and the upcoming move completely depend on pastureland and a herd of cows, specifically, one little milk cow.

Wild Prairie Massage Therapy has moved! No longer upstairs at Janelle’s Touch of Class.
I am now located across Hwy 50 from the salon, at 200 S Main St, Suite C. Please park at the back of the building and enter thru the back door.

I know it’s still a couple months away, but the year has been flying by already!
My availability will be changing starting in October. I will be available for booking massage appointments between 1 pm and 7 pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 10 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.

For clarity, this means that the latest appointments will end by 7 pm M and W-F, or 1 pm on Saturdays.
I will be closed on Sundays and Tuesdays.
