Please welcome Dr. Alexandra Wise-Ehlers to Sager Creek Pediatrics and Family Practice. Dr. Alexandra Wise-Ehlers is a native of Alma, Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Kinesiology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock and then completed her pediatric residency at UAMS and its affiliate, Arkansas Children's Hospital. During her residency, she took a specific interest in at-risk youth and the foster care system and led the way for the creation of the innovative "IMMERSE clinic" at ACH that assisted this population with their medical needs. She also examined safe sleep practices for NICU infants at ACH through quality improvement practices. She enjoys spending time with her two children and husband exploring Northwest Arkansas, as well as gardening, volleyball, and traveling.

Please welcome Tracy L Fry, APRN, FNP-C to Family Medical Center in Grove, OK. Tracy brings 4 decades of nursing experience to our team. Her career began with 12 years of emergency and trauma experience and 4 years of neonatal intensive care experience in regional and large acute care centers in Kansas and Wisconsin. She owned and managed a nursing business that delivered nursing and primary care services to worksites for 20 years. In 2016 she completed her MSN at Pittsburg State University and became a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been delivering primary care in rural health since graduating and has been a primary care provider in Grove since 2021. Tracy delivers comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. She treats and manages most common conditions including diabetes, asthma, hypertension, hypothyroidism, depression and anxiety. She provides well woman exams and prescribes medication to assist with weight loss and smoking cessation. Tracy is proficient at performing procedures including joint injections, suturing, mole and wart removal, cyst drainage and excision, and toenail resection/removal. Tracy and her husband, Jim, both grew up vacationing on Grand Lake and love the Grove area. Tracy and Jim have 4 grown sons and 4 grandchildren. Tracy and Jim spend their free time enjoying lake life, motorcycle trips, and visiting grandchildren.
