Let me tell you how crazy chronic pain is. I had 2 funeral services this weekend in the freezing temps. Every chance I got I warmed up in my car. Braved the cold when I had to and b-lined out when I didn’t. Went straight home after and rested my body. Made it to church on Sunday…no problems. Had a late coaching session today…temp was 70ish. Got home, relaxed and up jumps the fibro flare. From my neck down my back stiffened up like the monkey on my back! I can laugh at my pain now and just do what I gotta do to minimize the length and intensity of this flare as best I can. That’s chronic pain life…and I’m living it unapologetically 🙌🏾
