Before class yesterday I was telling the barre squad how Wednesday nights are my break! Yes I’m facilitating the class, but it’s the one hour in my week that I’m not hearing “mom, mommy, mama” every 30 seconds 😅

Parent or not, it’s so important we have a break amidst our busy weeks. A moment that gets us back into our bodies. A moment that allows us to breathe deeper, laugh, move energy, think less, release stress, reconnect, and feel lighter than before the hour began.

Barre has a way of doing that. It builds strength, confidence, posture, endurance, community, and joy. It’s not just a workout… it’s a reset.

I truly pray anyone reading this finds that moment for themselves! And if you haven’t already, maybe Cardio Barre can be that for you 💖😊
