Meow! 😻

Meet Stanley and her feline friend Nick, who live at Holiday Hartland Hills. Nick is a 4-year-old Siamese cat. Stanley rescued him from a local humane society 3 years ago. "He's very affectionate and loves to be held," shares Stanley.

We know that pets can make the best of friends, and love learning about our four-legged residents and their owners.

Yvette’s passion for creating a warm, welcoming environment shines through in everything she has done for her community over the past 14 years.

"No one is ever alone here," she adds. "We always lift each other up.”

There's nothing quite like the feeling you get when you finally find the right puzzle piece. Residents at Holiday Thornton Place know that feeling of satisfaction after taking part in a speed puzzling competition.

"It was a fun activity," exclaimed Sherry, one of the participants.

Three teams battled it out for the title of Puzzle Champions. Fueled by plenty of pizza and root beer, it was a fun afternoon of teamwork and laughter. 🧩

Rockin' around the clock at Holiday Pinegate and Atria Ironwood Estates!

These communities turned up the volume with rock 'n’ roll parties inspired by the retro sounds of the '50s. Poodle skirts and a swinging beat had residents on their feet, boogying and bopping.

"Nothing like rocking the house and hitting the dance floor," shares Marie, a resident at Pinegate.

We love seeing everyone have a ball!

Residents at Atria Ironwood Estates had the pleasure of taking a scenic bike ride with Martina at Trishaw 4 Three.

"We really enjoyed the day with great friends and a fantastic bike ride," shares Phyllis, photographed riding with her husband Bob.

The fresh air, sunshine and wind on their faces left everyone smiling.

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we savored the flavors of Guatemala. Known as the birthplace of chocolate, Guatemalan cuisine blends Mayan tradition with Spanish influences to create vibrant and tasty dishes.

On the menu: tostones, guacamole, enchiladas, refried black beans, with cucumber salad, and tres leches cake.

We can't wait to see – and taste – the cuisine from our destination next month!

The Great Outdoors Social Series was a blast at Summerfield. We went camping in our beautiful North Louisiana abode, while enjoying trail mix, snacks, punch and a special treat: S'mores. Our Ambassadors helped with all the residents enjoying themselves. We had a special guest with Tracy M. and her beautiful rescue orange Macaw, Poppy. Poppy entertained our residents with his singing and bantering with them as he personally visited them.

Our guest who has Poppy rescues parrots, and has a beautiful aviary in her home. This was so much fun with a record number of residents and guests enjoying the festivities. Special thank you to Ms. Tracy from Heritage for her visit and sharing of their services.
