FAQ :
Q: Does the wig design have to be from GNDHair?
A: No but your stylist will assess it once you drop it off.

Q: Do I need an appointment to drop off my wig?
A: Yes. Please schedule a drop-off slot so your stylist is available to discuss your desired style and care instructions.

Q: How long will it take to have my wig styled and ready for pick-up?
A: Turnaround times vary depending on service requests. Your stylist will provide an estimated pickup time during drop-off.

Q: Can I get a deep cleanse or color added during the drop-off?
A: Yes, additional services like color or deep treatment can be discussed during your drop-off. Additional fees may apply.

Q: Do I need to bring anything else with my wig?
A: No extra items are needed unless your stylist has requested something specific in advance.

Q: Is this service for new wigs or wigs previously styled by On The Runnn?
A: This drop-off service is available for both, whether you’re dropping off a new wig for initial styling or a previous On The Runnn custom design for maintenance..
