I immersed myself in its pages, eventually contributing my own articles. But my journey didn’t stop there. Fast forward 10 years, and my focus shifted to optimizing performance for athletes. I honed in on strength, power, speed, and agility, all while prioritizing joint balance and health. My secret weapon? “The Strength to Length Ratio.” By fine-tuning this crucial metric, I’ve witnessed remarkable gains in performance – not to mention the relief it brings to daily aches, stiffness, and pain. But here’s the real breakthrough: I’ve discovered the missing link, the bridge that heals those persistent discomforts plaguing people day in and day out.
