The Barefoot Mama - Pregnancy, Birth, and Baby I am a DONA trained birth doula. I also offer postpartum services such as placenta encapsulation and breastfeeding support.

I work with women and their families during the childbearing year in order to help them achieve a healthy, empowering, positive birth experience. I serve families in Kitsap County, WA, including but not limited to: Poulsbo, Silverdale, Bangor, Bremerton, Port Orchard, and Gig Harbor.
