“My name is Robyn Simmons and before I started hypnosis I was really stuck in a frustrated weight mode. No matter what I did I just couldn’t lose weight. The more tried and wouldn’t lose weight, the more frustrated I would get. Finally I found hypnosis. It’s allowed me to be a much happier person and I’ve lost a lot of weight. 12 lbs and kept it off for 6 months. Just listening to the relaxation tapes has really helped. Not only with weight but it’s helped me get through the stress of Covid. Any time I can’t sleep or need my little fix I listen to the tapes and it straightens me right out. It’s a great all around program. I’m back into hiking, swimming and walking, just getting out there and really enjoying it.
