HAPPY FRIDAY! 💐
Dirga Pranayama is a Three Part Breathing technique to increase circulation and lung capacity, calm the nervous system, and even help the immune system. 🧘🏻♀️
Sit tall in a comfortable seated position and do the following through your nose:
-Exhale fully
-Breathe 1/3 full breath into your belly
-Pause 1 count
-Breathe 1/3 into your ribs
-Pause 1 count
-Breathe 1/3 into your collarbones
-Pause for 3 count
Exhale fully through your nose
(Repeat 3-8 rounds)
