This lid brought me right back to my childhood growing up by the beach 🌊. A little exercise and a dose of salt water really were our cure-alls recommended by my mom — whether it was a swim, a long run, or just letting the ocean heal whatever was heavy.

Of course, I’d add a few more to this list now: positive thoughts, a healthy diet, and of course… acupuncture ✨. But I have to admit — there’s a lot of truth in this cap!
