I know this because I lived it.
I grew up without knowing what it meant to be truly loved and held. I carried that wound into my adult life, searching for love everywhere outside of me. No matter how much I achieved or how much someone said they loved me, the emptiness remained.

The truth is… love doesn’t come from outside.
It was never missing. It was always inside of me.
Once I stopped chasing and started creating that love within myself, everything shifted. I stopped begging for crumbs. I stopped settling. I remembered my worth.

Every lifetime carries its own challenges.
And the souls who have walked here many times carry wisdom, resilience, and strength that is hard to describe.

Today, I feel deep gratitude for those souls.
The ones who keep returning.
The ones who light the path for others.
The ones who remind us that Earth is not a punishment-it’s a mission.
