We are a well-established agency that assist the elderly, veterans and disabled individuals with a wide variety of services in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, caring, kind-hearted, patient, outgoing, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference in our client's lives.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Assessing the clients needs in homemaking, laundry care, personal care, grocery shopping, meal preparation, transportation and assistance to doctors appointments and companionship.

We currently have day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts available.

We support competitive starting pay with night and weekend premium pay as well as mileage reimbursement. Stay within Sioux Falls or travel to one of our 8 area towns that we provide care for, and be a helping hand in your community.

Applicant must be at least 18 years of age and able to physically perform the duties of the position.

* Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English * Must have reliable transportation and current valid driver’s license. Proof of automobile insurance.

* Eligibility for employment in the United States. Fingerprints and a background check will be required.

Well established Privately-owned Home Care Agency looking for individuals for full and part-time positions with a passion for caring for the elderly and disabled individuals. Must have a strong work ethic! We reward our employees with bonuses, appreciation gifts for birthdays and anniversaries along with employee of the month. 90 day and annual raises, however, increases in between on exemplary work performance. Full-time employees eligible for PTO and Healthcare. All employees eligible for Dental and Vision. 401k available after 1 year of service.

We specialize in, and job duties entail:
* Homemaking (light housecleaning, meal prep and laundry)
* Personal Care (assist with bathing, personal hygiene, meal assistance)
* Companionship (grocery or store shopping, reading to clients, visits, card or board games, walks)
* Nursing (full spectrum of nursing from vitals, wound care, IV Therapy, blood draws in home, and medication set-up)
* Transportation (to and from appointments)

Experience desired but will always train!

We service the private sector and file private insurance companies, and hold State and VA contracts.
