We’re kicking off the new year tomorrow at the Sioux Falls indoor Falls Park Farmer's Market from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and we’d love to see you there! We will have our gluten-free baking mixes stocked and ready, plus limited quantities of our sourdough bread.

🎄✨ The countdown to Christmas is ON! ✨🎄
Sugar cookie season is officially here, and our Gluten Free Please Sugar Cookie Mix is here to help you get holiday ready without the stress.

One of our favorite ways to decorate? This Glossy Sugar Cookie Frosting that dries smooth and shiny perfect for flooding and detailed designs.

✨ Glossy Sugar Cookie Frosting Recipe ✨
• 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
• 1½ Tbsps. light corn syrup
• 1½ Tbsps. cold water
• ½ tsp almond extract (or clear extract)
• Gel food coloring

Directions:
Mix powdered sugar, corn syrup, water, and extract until smooth. If icing is too thick, add a little water until you reach your desired consistency. Divide into bowls and tint with gel food coloring.
To flood cookies, pipe an outline first, then fill with icing and gently spread to the edges.

⏰ Pro tip: Do not stack cookies for at least 12 hours to allow the icing to fully set.
