RESCHEDULED CLASS: since I had to cancel on the 14th I’m making it up on the 28th! If you’re in town then come on over to Coast 2 Coast for 35 minutes of Vinyasa and then 25 minutes of Yoga Nidra. It will be delightful 🙏🏽
