Medical Billing Appreciation Week
We’re proud to recognize two incredible billing teams whose expertise, dedication, and behind-the-scenes work help make everything we do possible.
✨ RISE Billing Team
This team processes all insurance claims for custom O&P, custom DME products, incontinence products, and Cranial Remolding Helmets for the clients we serve. From gathering detailed documentation to filing and following claims through full reimbursement, they ensure nothing is missed. They also take time to connect directly with clients and families, explaining insurance coverage and financial responsibilities so everyone feels informed and confident throughout the process.
✨ LifeScape Children’s Billing Department
This team handles billing and payment posting for services across our Specialty Hospital, ICF, Specialty School, all outpatient services, and all outreach services. In addition, they manage contracts and credentialing, maintaining contracts for all locations and ensuring professional staff credentials stay current and compliant.
Both teams play a critical role in supporting our mission and ensuring the care we provide is sustainable, accurate, and accessible. Thank you for your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to the people we serve. We truly couldn’t do this without you!
