Whether it's depression, anxiety, anger, relationship issues, or whatever else, Judy seeks to provide a safe place for you to share your story, own your feelings, and express your needs. Goals that are set in the first session guide our conversations and interventions to help you get to a better place. Judy's area of training is helping clients address depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, child abuse
, ADHD, parenting issues, and relationship conflict. She can help with assertiveness, reducing negative self-talk, increasing self-esteem, and using anxiety-reducing techniques. Judy offers ways to reach your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with the hope of gaining awareness and insight so that change can occur. Through interventions and discussions, symptoms may be reduced, and a gain of awareness increases. Understanding who you are in Christ will empower you to grow in who you are.
