In Sanskrit, prana means “life-force” or “energy.” This energy resides within all of us. Our goal at Prana Sioux Falls is to bring forth this energy in a positive way for all participants- through the mindful and engaging experience of yoga. May it be an individual session or a group setting, we specialize in bringing yoga to you. Yoga is a practice for everyone and we would love to facilitate in your personal journey.
