This week is National Infertility Awareness Week, and I want to take a moment to acknowledge something that often goes unseen:
The strength it takes to walk through infertility.
This journey asks so much of you—
to keep hoping when you’re tired,
to keep going when things feel uncertain,
to hold grief and possibility at the same time.
That is not weakness. That is resilience.
Infertility can deeply impact mental health—bringing anxiety, sadness, isolation, and emotional exhaustion. And yet, so many people carry this quietly.
If this is your experience, please know:
you are not alone, and your feelings are valid.
Seeking support—through therapy, community, or safe spaces to process—can make a meaningful difference. Not only can it help you feel more grounded and supported, but research suggests that reducing stress and improving emotional wellbeing during infertility may also positively influence outcomes.
And even in the uncertainty, there is still room for hope.
Hope doesn’t mean everything feels okay—it means you’re still allowing the possibility of something different ahead.
If you’re in this season, I see your strength.
And you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. 🧡
