Spring is a season of renewal, but the shift in daylight, sleep patterns, and daily routines can also affect how we feel. As the days get longer, increased sunlight can boost serotonin and improve mood and energy but it’s still important to support your mind and body during the transition.
Small, intentional habits can make a big difference. Spend time outdoors, keep a consistent sleep schedule, stay active, and take moments to practice mindfulness. Be patient with yourself as your body adjusts to the new season.
