📣 Join me at Lifetime Fitness Old Orchard on Wednesdays at 11:15am for Xtreme Kettlebell 💣! This is a new format for the gym and I am so excited to join the Fitness Team as an Instructor!

Round 2 🛎🛎

On the eve of Opening Day for the second gym - nearly 2 years and a world a part from the opening of the first - with excitement still high, the angst and anxiety replaced with a sense of peace and comfort, I think…why?
✨ I walk into the doors every day to these words… HARDWORK.DEDICATION and realize what that truly means. I no longer guess
✨I have seen first hand our mission to change lives come to fruition

✨Keeping the faith in what is to come…it can’t get worse 😂
✨ Most importantly, I have seen my personal mantra work…”you are only as good as the people that surround you”. I am so grateful, humbled and proud of my squad…🙏🏻🙏🏻
