General information
We are a community of peers. Moms who have, and are, struggling with Postpartum Depression, Anxiety, and OCD as a result of childbirth and parenting. All of us have suffered from hormonal and environmental changes that have affected our mental health. We are not alone, but together we are stronger. We provide peer support and guidance, build friendships, and exchange resources to overcome the challenges of perinatal mood disorders.
