Good Evening Real Talk TYME Community!
As a Total Wellness Coach and leader, I practice what I teach and that is you cannot pour from an empty, cluttered, or overwhelmed mind.
This afternoon, I spent time at Roots & Plants, a local coffee shop, to get grounded spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. I allowed myself space to feel God’s presence, reset my intentions, and then shift into focused work mode to complete a few tasks for my business and nonprofit.
Sometimes productivity doesn’t come from pushing harder, it comes from changing your environment and honoring what you need in that moment.
This year I am committed to:
🌿 prioritizing mindset
🕊️ protecting peace
📿 staying spiritually grounded
📋 building structure and routine
🤝 serving from a place of overflow, not exhaustion
We can’t be everything to everybody especially when we are not well within ourselves. Alignment first. Service second.
Take the time to reset. Your purpose deserves a clear and present you.
Before you serve others, try this:
Step away from your usual space
Sit somewhere calm (coffee shop, park, quiet room)
Breathe and pray or reflect
Write your top 3 intentions for tomorrow
Do one small task from a grounded place as soon as you see this post!
