It’s my birthday month! As I get older, my birthday is just kind of starting to become another day. This will be my last year in my 20’s and I just feel kinda 🤷🏽‍♀️ about it. Don’t care either way. Weird or something everyone experiences??

I have officially hit the halfway mark in pregnancy #4 too and I’m just not sleeping well. Pregnancy dreams are weird, you guys. Thankfully I haven’t gotten to the DARK dreams yet, but the weirdness I’m experiencing, is just, well...weird. I’m going to be starting a sleep challenge this month a 2‑minute bedtime reset that fits real mom life and I’d love some accountability if you need some sleep habit help too. Let me know and we can get a group chat going or just go back and forth the 2 of us.

On the happy side, I’m super excited about my new marketing biz I’m getting up and running! I’ve been helping a local ministry with their social media and emails for almost a year now and I’m loving the success I was able to help them accomplish. My calendar is open again and I’m excited to partner with some new small businesses and/or ministries. If that’s you, drop me a comment or message! I’d love to get you the info. I’ve been working tirelessly to get my website and systems in place so everything runs smoothly. I even have my first 2 discovery calls this week to see how my services can benefit them!

Is it just me, or is “overwhelmed” the default setting lately?

Stress is sneaky. Sometimes it shows up as snapping at the kids, feeling exhausted, or skipping meals. Today’s your reminder to pause and ask: What’s one thing I can do to take the edge off today?
